Master Mario Larivi\u00e8re has been teaching at this school for 20 years and now it belongs to him as an NPO.
Master Mario Larivi\u00e8re recently received his 7th Dan from Master Michel Jobin and Master Antoine Ashkouti 8th Dan Kukkiwon and 9th Dan Jidokwan.
The course is aimed at everyone, children, teenagers and parents.
There are introductory lessons on Saturday mornings in Taekwondo for 4 & 5 year olds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Taekwondo is a complete activity that puts the whole body in motion. It increases the physical qualities of power, endurance and coordination. It also develops flexibility, a sense of balance and agility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session is from September 10 to December 12 2024 and takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
